Pediatrics Plus is seeking a healthcare administration professional to help guide us at our Frisco, Texas as we continue to thrive. We're searching for an experienced healthcare administrator to join our team of medical experts, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic as a whole. The ideal candidate will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on site operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our network. This seasoned healthcare expert should have leadership qualities, as he or she will be expected to direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of personnel.

The Director of Clinical Operations shall oversee the administrative operations of the site and will coordinate and direct the professional and non-professional staff. The Director of Clinical Operations will also be responsible for the administration and operation of department direction, revenue control, cost containment, expense control, quality of services, records management, supervision/direction of assigned personnel, department image and special demands and requirements. Additionally, the Director of Clinical Operations will ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and will be an ambassador for Pediatrics Plus in the community.

Education/ Certification:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Preference of a Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field.


Experience/ Knowledge:

  • Broad clinical experience is preferred.
  • 4+ years of healthcare administration or related job experience required.



  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
  • Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
  • Knowledge of various funding source guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills which includes a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to function independently in all aspects, including project identification, evaluation, contract negotiations, and coordination with management and internal departments.
  • Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive and positive manner.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational, clinical and referral development systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
